Yes. kapal4d accepts bank transfers from online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment accounts. When you select bank transfer as your deposit method, we provide a virtual account number linked to your kapal4d balance. Transfer the amount you want to deposit to that virtual account, and your balance updates within minutes. For withdrawal, you can request funds to your own online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment account in your name. Processing typically takes 5 to 24 hours; weekend and holiday delays may apply.
Deposits via online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment are instant or appear within a few minutes. e-wallet deposits complete in under one minute. Bank transfers to a mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet virtual account usually credit within subject to verification during business hours; outside business hours or on public holidays (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek), expect up to 2 hours. If your deposit is not visible after that time, contact support with your transaction ID.
kapal4d sets a minimum withdrawal of 50,000 Indonesian Rupiah and no fixed maximum. However, withdrawals are limited to the balance available in your account. If your account balance is lower than the minimum, you cannot withdraw until you deposit more. Large withdrawals (above our welcome offer) may require additional verification; contact support if you need to withdraw a large amount.

Account management

We do not offer automated tools for account preferences or time-based pauses; all restrictions are managed through support. Change your password immediately. Then contact support via live chat and tell them you suspect unauthorised access. Provide the date and time you noticed the problem, any transactions you do not recognize, and the device or location from which the activity occurred. Support can review your account session history and reverse unauthorised transactions if fraud is confirmed. Do not share your account password with anyone; kapal4d support never asks for passwords.
You can request account closure and data deletion via support. However, kapal4d retains transaction records and identity documents for legal compliance and fraud investigation for a period after closure. We cannot delete data if an open dispute or pending withdrawal exists.
